As dominant as Comcast is in the residential market, many business owners were skeptical of its commercial broadband service being “business grade.” We sought out passionate Comcast Business Class early adopters who shared their personal experiences via an integrated campaign of TV, business journals and targeted direct mail. Within 18 months of campaign launch, Comcast rose to the #1 position in providing Internet solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the Northwest.
